Val Vasilef is an award-winning bodybuilder and Mr. America winner. In addition to his physical pursuits, Val studied nutrition and sports science, and earned a doctorate in naturopathy.Val has  succeeded in designing a powerful musclebuilding system for weightlifters, bodybuilders and athletes,Russian Bear products continue to be ranked highly year after year.
